Creative Work Space (CWS) is Downtown Richmond’s first publication dedicated to showcasing commercial properties for lease or sale in the heart of the city. You’ll visit a wide range of innovative and creative places, and urban spaces from nightclub, high-tech light show chic to family-room oriented to conservative cool. You’ll meet an eclectic mix of Downtown’s champions and learn about what they do, why they love working in their neighborhoods—and why their space is critical to their success. You’ll also find some practical advice and resources—tools for entrepreneurs and small businesses who are just getting started. A listing of available properties is also included.

CWS magazine appears as a section in WORKMAGAZINE . In addition to usual subscription and retail distribution, CWS magazine is distributed as a free-standing publication thru the City of Richmond Office of Economic Development, regional economic development agencies, real estate companies, developers and Venture Richmond.
